QR CODE CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS
Each registered guest should have received an email with Hoag Summer Fest details and a link to their own QR code for admission to Hoag Summer Fest. Each guest will be required to show their unique QR code at the entrance on event day on a mobile device or printed copy.
If you have purchased tickets for this event but have not received any communication from us, please contact us at hhfevents@hoag.org. We would like to ensure that we have the correct email address on file for you and your guests.
CHECKING IN YOUR GUESTS
If you purchased tickets for guests and we do not have their email addresses, their QR code(s) will be emailed to you to transfer to them via email. Each of your guests must present their own, unique QR code the day of the event for entry.
If you are unable to attend the event or use your tickets, please notify us at hhfevents@hoag.org so that we may admit people on the waitlist. As a reminder, all sales are final.
ID VERIFICATION
Identification is required for alcohol consumption at this event. Please be prepared to present your ID at one of the bar stations to receive an age verification wristband.
EVENT PARKING
COMPLIMENTARY SELF-PARKING
Complimentary self-parking is available at Newport Dunes. Please use the main entrance off Back Bay Drive and Jamboree Road.
RIDESHARE DROP-OFF/PICK-UP ZONE
Rideshare drop-off and pick-up are at the front of the event registration area at Newport Dunes.
OVERFLOW PARKING
Overflow parking is available at the Hyatt Regency Newport Beach off the Back Bay Drive entrance.
