The Hoag Neurosciences Institute (HNI) relies on volunteer leaders to assist in identifying and educating donors and introducing them to HNI. They work as liaisons with the community in the role of goodwill ambassadors for HNI.

Cindy Stokke

Cindy joined the Hoag Hospital Foundation Board of Directors in 2009 and was appointed as Hoag Neurosciences Institute Committee Co-Chair later in the same year. She is an attorney and practiced in the Orange County District Attorney’s Office and as Assistant Executive Director of the Orange County Bar Foundation. Cindy has served many charitable organizations including Harbor Day School, National Charity League, Newport Harbor High and is a current board member of the Orange County Bar Foundation and Reach Foundation.

Rusty Turner

Rusty was elected to the Hoag Hospital Foundation Board of Directors in 2009 and was appointed as Hoag Neurosciences Institute Committee Co-Chair later in 2009. Rusty founded Turner Development Corporation which specializes in development and acquisition of office and industrial buildings. He has been active in the Newport Harbor High School Education Foundation and the Corona del Mar High School Education Foundation.
