New Home of the Hoag Neurosciences Center
The Hoag Neurosciences Center will be developed in over 30,000 sq. ft. of space on the lower campus of Hoag Hospital. Currently, the Hoag Conference Center, much of this building will be redesigned to accommodate a multidisciplinary team of physicians, patient care areas, and key support services for patients and their families.
Recognizing that many neurological conditions are interrelated, the Hoag Neurosciences Center is designing a facility that will ease the often cumbersome task of coordinating care between caregivers. Through shared infrastructure and regular team meetings, both formal and informal, our clinicians and support team will be best prepared to care for our patients and their loved ones.
Adjacent to the Hoag Neurosciences Center will be the Advanced Technology Pavilion (ATP). The ATP will house leading edge diagnostic and treatment technology used to respond to a wide variety of neurological conditions. With its proximity to both the Hoag Neurosciences Center and the Hoag Cancer Center, patients will experience a one-stop care model rarely found in hospitals.
