Cardiac Rehabilitation and Wellness Center
Cardiac rehabilitation is a risk-management program designed to improve the quality of life for individuals who may be at risk for an acute cardiac event, who are recovering from a cardiac episode such as heart attack, or who have undergone coronary angioplasty, bypass surgery, valve replacement surgery, or other heart-related procedure. Our goal is to enhance services such as monitored and unmonitored outpatient exercise, build a fully equipped gymnasium, add to our multidisciplinary team of nurses, exercise physiologists and dieticians, and expand patient education.
